AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 - UK and Ireland Country Kit

So you should be starting to look at 2012 release now and some of you I know are checking out the release for full adoption/roll out.

Of course Civil 3D is a localised product in many countries which is very important to our industry and this is year I hopefully have stepped up a gear with more content in the kit for our users in UK and Ireland.

I have attached below a short presentation on the main items that have been covered with full specification available through the toolpalette in Civil 3D on installation.

Please ensure your IT department/staff are aware of the country kit aswell as the language version (British English for UK and Ireland users) before they create deployments etc

Is this additional to the UKIE disk set or is it the same content packaged separately?

The country kit is built into the DVD and the version on the website is the same content. Not all the country kits are built into the English versions as some kits are built on other languages. However as they are made available you can use them if you are working on a project in that country to get the design standards and styles that are used in that location
